Nordweb Studio ("we", "us") operates the website nordweb.info. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it solely to reply to your inquiry.

Server logs. Like any website, our server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). Logs are used for security and debugging and are rotated automatically.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. No cookie banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

2. What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not send newsletters without explicit consent.

3. Legal basis and storage

We process contact inquiries on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a project follows, for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Contact inquiries are kept for up to 12 months; client records are kept as required by Norwegian accounting law.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Write to hello@nordweb.info and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
